Strategia de extindere a marcilor proprii vine pe fondul reorientarii consumatorilor spre produse ieftine, fara a face rabat de la calitate. Am reamenajat 10.000 mp de spatii de birouri si 20.000 mp de spatii industriale, pe care le-am si inchiriat”, a declarat pentru Business Standard Victor Vadaneaux, unul dintre administratorii fondului. Mall-ul din cadrul Coresi a fost proiectat de firma spaniola L35 Architectos si va cuprinde 1.000 mp de spatii verzi amenajate in interiorul centrului. In vederea demararii lucrarilor, Flavus are o lista de zece companii de constructii, dintre care, pana in septembrie, trebuie sa selecteze antreprenorul general al proiectului. Parcul de retail trebuie finalizat in 2011, iar mall-ul in 2012. Centrul expozitional, in suprafata de 25.000 mp, programat tot pentru prima etapa a proiectului, a fost amanat din cauza unui proces care stopa cartea funciara, motiv pentru care finantarea bancara nu a putut fi accesata. “Ulterior, am castigat procesul si urmeaza sa reluam discutiile cu bancile pentru finantare, in paralel cu operatorii acestui centru. Printre banci se numara BRD si UniCredit. Discutam si cu operatori hotelieri, pentru zona de conferinte”, a explicat Vadaneaux. Pentru productia de tractoare, oficialii Flavus spun ca au purtat discutii cu peste 70 de producatori internationali, insa criza a taiat interesul potentialilor parteneri.
