How can I install Win2k8 R2 Server if it is not in deployment list of Dell PER710?

I was trying to install windows server 2008 R2 on Dell PowerEdge R710. But the UEFI Does not show in the Win2k8 R2 OS deployment list. Can some one give a solution? Thanks a lot.

    Just install it, choose the highest level of Windows it will support – I doubt there will be an issue.
