Ubuntu 9.10 seen on hp iPAQ hx4700
by admin on Sep.04, 2010, under Linux
This is a video of Ubuntu 9.10 displayed on the screen of hp iPAQ hx4700. This Pocket PC has a touchpad (and the only touchpad among all Pocket PCs) so we’ll use it today! What conclusions can we make after watching this video?

@darkerego ah ah ah. You can’t watch a machine boot up from remote desktop

I am not really sure you can run Ubuntu and launch that fast!
Could you send us a link how to do this?

I sent a message asking for more info, not sure if the poster has any. I’m not sure if this is for real – meaning Ubuntu is actually running on the hx4700 natively – or it’s just some cleverly done remote access/remote desktop type of application controlling another installation on a laptop. The end of the video shows “brian-laptop” as the machine name so, I have to wonder.
Would be nice if it’s for real to get more info, I just got an hx4700 myself and would love to experiment. Thanks…
