I do not know what exactly different about Websphere and IBM Http Server? I think they’re base Apache. It’s right? Could you tell me more about it? Thanks

IBM Http Server is indeed based on Apache httpd. IBM has replaced some components like SSL with its own and supports the product.

WebSphere is a different story. Assuming you’re talking about WebSphere Application Server and not other products in the WebSphere family (MQ Series) there are two distinct branches of the product. WebSphere Application Server (express, base, network deployment, extended deployment, enterprise, single server, and more names for the same thing) is IBM code and is not based on Apache.

The second branch is that of the WebSphere Community Edition. This is the GlueCode app server product and is based on the Apache Geronimo App Server.
