Last year i wrote a full linux based interface for it! It took a lot of time but it was worth it! I think i put a bit of it on youtube somewere!

@almann1117 The key word there is “dismantled” – he didn’t damage anything. Also, it’s just a terminal – price is based on rarity for items like this and with a terminal there’ll be thousands floating around, if not millions! Nevertheless, you might get £300 from a collector…

Yes, but why dont you just use a computer because basicly your just plugging in a screen and keyboard to a computer that could do much more!
But yes it would be fun to try it!!

Linux supports terminals. It just needs a host machine running Linux.
And why? Because it could be used in a useful way.

Year but thats boring, you should put games on there. I write programs for terminals in visual basic. They send to it from rs232, i am working on space invaders game for it at the moment!
