in my ibm server with os winows 2003 severR2 if download file from internet ?

on getting the messege “your current security settings Do not allow this file to be downloaded” where is the blockage even i checked the firewall setting by turning it off, i cannot download the file attachements?

Check the setting in Internet Explorer. I believe that is what is stopping the download, not your firewall. Go into the options.. menu in Internet Explorer, and check the security options tabs.
