what is best sql certification, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server or IBM’s (DB2). I want to get into sql but I do not know which one to go for. I would like to have some wherein the PHP in there also. Can anyone suggest what is best? And why. Thanks for your responses. I heard that Oracle is used by big business and government
