My datacenter is rather small. I have a huge CO2 fire suppression system sitting right by my office door. I’m ready to use it, if I have to.
It’s kinda heavy.
I sure would not want to be IN a datacenter when the Halon fire suppression system goes off. That would be really bad luck.

The answer to this question should always be yes. One of the best is the FM200 system, which is the eco-friendly replacement for Halon due to the Montreal Protocol treaty.
