I Can’t Access My Website’s cPanel, Why?

Recently my website (WordPress) was hacked and finally, the hosting I use my website fixed by recreating my account. I was doing good for a minute, then things stopped working. I could not login to my cPanel or anything anymore. It shows a screen saying that the connection “timed out” and has been this way for a few hours now> I called my host, and they said to talk to admin. , Who takes a long time to respond. What’s going on?

it’s probably your connection? or maybe you messed up some php inside the wordpress’ theme editor or something
