cpanel blockage help me please?

i have been having trouble with cpanel. When i go to some site it wont let me go in and and somethig else pops up saying this site has cpanel or something and i cannot get passed. some places i cannot go into is like nexon. . net and sleepy wood. . so in the net not sure how to fix this please help me.
